Refusal of the product:

If you disagree with these terms and conditions, please do not purchase any products from our website.

All orders are automatically dispatched; cancellations must be made via email.

You have the right to refuse products ordered within two weeks following receipt, provided they have not been opened and the packaging is in the same condition as delivered under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please notify us in advance of any returns via phone, email or post. Alternatively, you can send us a message using the contact form on this website. Return of each product is at the customer’s expense. The amount reimbursed is as per the original payment method, excluding transportation costs.

If a product is found to be defective up to 24 hours following receipt and the appearance and packaging are undamaged, Harvey Nutrition Ltd will replace the product in accordance with warranty conditions applicable to the relevant manufacturer company. Reimbursement will be made in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, from the date upon which the user has formally communicated their refusal of the product.

Upon taking delivery of our products, you must check the contents of the package to ensure they are undamaged. If there is any discrepancy in the product’s appearance due to delivery, it is the courier’s responsibility to communicate the courier company’s procedure for damaged parcel claims.

Packaging:

We use resealable packets made with superior quality metallised film with a laminated interior to increase shelf life. This packaging option is letterbox friendly. Larger orders will be sent in cardboard outer packaging which will not be letterbox friendly and my be sent using a signed for service. All packets are heat-sealed for freshness; do not accept unsealed or opened packets. Each packet has a resealable strip to optimise freshness.

The packaging includes all relevant ingredients, instructions and cautions for use.

Shipping:
  • Shipping is available within the UK only; all items are shipped via Royal Mail 24 (1-2 days) and other couriers where required (e.g. larger orders).
  • All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same same day. All orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day using Royal Mail.
  • If you would prefer a recorded service please let us know before you place your order and we will provide a quotation for this.
  • All orders are to be placed online using PayPal or selected credit or debit cards. Please ensure your contact details are correct. The system will inform you of the data submitted. All order details will appear on-screen following submission of an order. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us immediately.

In order to purchase products from our online shop, the submission of personal information is required. This information is protected by law. We use this information to improve services offered. We use the information submitted by you with the purpose to fulfil your order for products or services. Information sent by you is not submitted to third parties.

Product price changes

Harvey Nutrition Ltd possesses the right to change product prices and services at any time without prior notice given to customers. The customer is required to pay the current price upon submitting the order.

Delivery 

All our products are sent via Royal Mail 24 (1-2 days) and other couriers where required (e.g. larger orders). If ordered before 1pm they will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri, exc. bank holidays).

Our products are supplied in letterbox friendly packaging (where possible).

What is your returns policy?

We hope you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase. However, should you feel it has not met your expectation and it is necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as easy as possible. All of your purchases from Harvey Nutrition are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee (from date of receipt). We also pledge a 24-hour response time (Monday through Friday) on your e-mail requests/queries.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund within the 30 day returns period (see above). No open packages of any food or supplement products are eligible for return due to the nature of the products and these products must be in the factory sealed container in which they had been provided for refund. You are covered by this money back guarantee for a full 30 days from your date of receipt of the order. Please e-mail or contact us online within 14 days of receipt to receive authorisation and return instructions.

What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?

Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. Our  team will then work alongside you and the courier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. You can contact us via email or by using the contact us form on the website.
